What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Portuguese and English
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Open availability for work shifts
High school diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical support experience
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Desktop or laptop available for work-related tasks
