What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Offer additional products and/or services to customers

Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

Strong focus on building customer relationships

High school diploma or GED

Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment

Strong problem‑solving skills and computer navigation abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical support experience preferred

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Open availability for varied shift schedules

Experience in a fast‑paced multi‑tasking environment

Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
