What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Offer additional products and/or services

Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on relationship building

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

A high school diploma or GED

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ask probing questions

Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills

Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
