Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile What is Required (Qualifications):
Fluency in both Portuguese and English Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience Strong focus on building customer relationships High school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Technical support experience Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Eagerness to learn new technologies
