Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ask probing questions Proficiency in fast‑paced multitasking and strong computer navigation skills Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
