What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a high volume of inbound calls

Capability to maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships

Access to high‑speed broadband internet with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the insurance industry or related fields

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales environment
