What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and develop new markets and customer relationships within the assigned sales territory
Create and implement strategic plans for assigned accounts while promoting the employer's offerings
Conduct internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers
Promote and sell value-added services, supply chain, and lifecycle programs
Utilize SalesForce.com to manage customer relationships and sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge and experience in sales and the electronics industry
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with minimal guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers
Proficiency in SalesForce.com or similar CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a technical or engineering environment
Familiarity with supply chain management and value-added services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
