What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the assigned territory
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
Utilize solution selling techniques to address client pain points and provide impactful value propositions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and enhance customer success
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry or SaaS products in the supply chain sector
Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
Experience in a technical or engineering environment, particularly within the supply chain
Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including Salesforce.com and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
Innovative self-starter who challenges the status quo
