What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new logo acquisition in the assigned territory
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
Utilize solution selling techniques to uncover prospects' needs and position value propositions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and support team success
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products within the supply chain industry
Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
Experience in a technical and engineering environment or supply chain capacity
Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
Innovative self-starter willing to challenge the status quo
