What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new logo acquisition in the assigned territory
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, acting as the quarterback for deals
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities using all available resources
Utilize solution selling techniques to address prospects' pain points and position compelling value propositions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products in the supply chain sector
Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
Experience in a technical and engineering environment or supply chain capacity
Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as SalesForce.com and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent, with a willingness to learn
Innovative self-starter who challenges the status quo
Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition
