What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategy to drive new logo acquisition in the assigned territory
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business opportunities
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities using available tools and resources
Utilize solution selling techniques to address prospects' pain points and present impactful value propositions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and support collective success
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
In‑depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products within the supply chain industry
Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical or engineering environment
Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
Ability to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
Innovative self-starter willing to challenge the status quo
