What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new logo acquisition in the assigned territory
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
Conduct solution selling by identifying customer pain points and positioning impactful value propositions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products in the supply chain sector
Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments
Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
Ability to prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
Innovative self-starter willing to challenge the status quo
Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent
Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition
