What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs
Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the US and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales
Strong negotiation skills and ability to guide customers towards solutions
Familiarity with sales analytics tools
Experience in navigating construction project sites
Valid driver’s license
