What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team

Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets

Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with various business functions to align on products, processes, and strategies

Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales targeting contractors and OEMs

Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

Ability to travel domestically and internationally, averaging 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in surge protection or switchgear sales

Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal abilities

Experience navigating construction project sites
