What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop new business relationships with end-user clients and create business cases for Carrier building solutions

Communicate with decision-makers, including C-Level executives, to maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts

Work directly with building owners to improve system reliability and support patient-centered initiatives

Create and implement strategic sales strategies to position Carrier as the preferred supplier

Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and updates to ensure effective sales management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience in HVAC System Solution Sales

5+ years of experience reviewing contracts and negotiating bids

Ability to travel up to 25% domestically

Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

MBA preferred

3+ years of Healthcare Construction experience

Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)

Related professional certifications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
