What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet established annual sales goals while building and advancing broker relationships
Conduct a designated number of broker meetings weekly to drive sales and promote the employer's brand
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables and broker relationships
Participate in industry events and community activities to stay informed on trends and represent the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a solid presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data for strategic decision‑making
High level of integrity and ability to maintain transparency in actions
Self‑awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement and organizational performance
