What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers
Collaborate as part of a team while also being able to work independently
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or banking
Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a sales environment
Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting
Capability to maintain a distraction-free environment while working remotely
High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in inbound sales
Previous sales experience specifically in the insurance industry
Familiarity with negotiating and closing sales in a competitive environment
Strong teamwork skills alongside independent work capabilities
