Handle an average of 30–40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment

Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as necessary

Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in Insurance, Retail, or Banking

Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections during sales interactions

Strong capability to work in a distraction‑free environment and provide full attention to customer needs

High‑speed broadband internet service with specific minimum upload/download speeds

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in inbound sales is a plus

Additional sales experience in insurance‑related fields is highly preferred

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with performance metrics and sales incentives
