What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Open availability for scheduling
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment at home
Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with PC usage

Experience with fast‑paced multi‑tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
