What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Help customers resolve basic technical issues
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Open availability for flexible scheduling
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Strong computer navigation skills and access to a desktop or laptop for testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Experience in a remote work environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Previous experience in a financial services setting
