Help customers resolve basic technical issues
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Open availability for various shifts
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with remote work environments
Familiarity with customer service software and databases
Strong problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
