What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage regional sales territory by leveraging product knowledge and business development strategies

Assess and direct agent sales performance to align with business goals and drive revenue growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

5-7 years of experience in sales or business development

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data

Proven track record in relationship building and negotiation

Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master’s degree in a related field

8-11 years of experience in sales or business development

Experience in managing sales teams or agents

Strong understanding of customer relationship management

Knowledge of market research and forecasting
