Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and promote additional products/services Build and maintain client relationships to enhance customer retention Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate customer records Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.) High school diploma or GED Open availability for scheduling purposes Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment Strong computer navigation skills and a basic understanding of technology How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
