What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including physicians and C‑suite executives
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand prospective clients' challenges and demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions can address their specific requirements
Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales, specifically in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5‑7 years of successful business development or sales experience in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape, healthcare reimbursement models, and infusion center operations
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
