What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualify and classify applicants, and provide coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds

Work effectively as part of a high‑performing sales team

Prioritize and manage desk operations while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required

Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states (excluding Hawaii/Alaska)

2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
