What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain business customers by managing accounts and driving sales through solution-based selling over the phone
Make outbound calls to achieve sales quotas and metrics
Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
Develop and maintain customer relationships through consistent contact via telephone
Document conversations and client information accurately in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
Exceptional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with a variable schedule
Strong problem-solving skills and professional integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in telecommunications or technology sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
