What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and drive revenue growth

Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact

Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent productivity levels

Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts, including potential nights and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a customer-focused sales role, particularly in telecommunications or technology

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive customer satisfaction

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales documentation processes
