What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain and grow existing business customer accounts through solution-based selling over the telephone
Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and drive sales growth
Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed
Create proposals for customers and introduce various products and services
Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer-focused skills
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance
Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service within the telecommunications industry
Familiarity with digital tools and technology products
Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
