What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain business customers through solution‑based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics and drive revenue growth

Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required

Develop customer relationships through consistent communication and problem resolution

Document conversations accurately in the client management system

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset

Adaptability and resilience in a monitored work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the telecommunications industry or technology sales
