What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain business customers by growing accounts through solution‑based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and enhance customer relationships

Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and sales forecasts as required

Drive sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services

Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in customer‑focused sales strategies and techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in solution‑based selling or account management within a telecommunications context

Familiarity with CRM software and sales documentation processes
