What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Retain business customers by managing accounts and driving sales through solution-based selling via telephone
Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics
Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed
Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication
Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with regular call and productivity tracking
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Consistent attendance and availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or quotas
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers
