What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution‑based selling and account management via telephone
Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and drive revenue growth
Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
Create customer proposals related to new sales opportunities and solutions
Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
2‑5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with set performance metrics
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with availability for variable schedules and overtime as necessary
