What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Take inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualify applicants, and provide coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage including BOP, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and more

Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performing sales culture

Manage desk operations while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Provide tailored insurance solutions with a customer-focused approach

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required

Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell complex messages

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
