What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming their needs and explaining the hotel and payment process

Search, evaluate, and secure hotels, balancing family preferences and carrier guidelines

Facilitate hotel reservations and confirm details with insured families professionally and empathetically

Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and extensions, ensuring accurate documentation and communication

Address escalations and support families through challenges with confidence and care

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university

Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industries

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
