What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Retain and grow business accounts through solution‑based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to meet sales quota metrics and enhance customer relationships

Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed

Drive sales growth by introducing various products and services to existing customers

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain client management records

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2‑5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance

Proficiency in customer‑focused sales techniques and technical knowledge of products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a telecommunications or technology sales environment

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer satisfaction

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
