What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and prepare necessary sales documentation

Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact and effective communication

Drive sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services

Document customer interactions accurately in the client management system

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance

Demonstrated adaptability and problem‑solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field

Familiarity with client management systems and sales documentation processes

Strong technical knowledge related to telecommunications products and services
