As an early team member, youll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue, all while having a blast doing it!/pp style=min-height:1.5em/ph1What Youll Achieve:/h1ul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emHandle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in buying Notion/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emOrganize and take thorough notes on prospects/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emQualify those prospects to determine whether or not theyre a good fit for Notion/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emProspect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their teams collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emExperiment with different audiences, messaging, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emReach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our product/service/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emHold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emHelp build playbooks and define our sales motion/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emHold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emLearn about our product inside and out and be able to give demos customized to the needs of different personas/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emCollaborate and influence on performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovation when working with cross-functional partners/pul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emWork with our Global and regional Marketing team to build strong program feedback loops/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emWork with our global GTM team to hit revenue amp; pipeline generation targets/p/li/ul/li/ulp style=min-height:1.5em/ph1Skills Youll Need to Bring: /h1ul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emYou have 1 yr+ of experience in sales or sales development in saas tech or a high-growth environment/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emEngaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emExperience making cold calls to decision makers/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emA track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emA builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emA tireless positive attitude with strong grit, especially when navigating unchartered territories/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emA passion for customers and a natural empathy for their needs/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emA love for getting to know new people and helping them solve their business problems/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emYou are energized to be part of the building phase for the revenue team in a hypergrowth company/p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emYou can put yourself in others shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own/p/li/ulp style=min-height:1.5em/ph1Nice to Haves:/h1ul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emYouve got strong technical chops
