What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and manage relationships with internal/external clients and business partners to identify business needs and service requirements

Evaluate strategies and objectives of business partners, recommending appropriate services and products while resolving issues

Monitor client satisfaction and progress of ongoing projects for improved service delivery

Promote and support sales and production of products through interactive relationships and education

Own the administration and communication of service level agreements or contract commitments with assigned clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of five years of related experience in customer service, relationship management, or project management in an insurance or financial services environment

Undergraduate studies in a related field; certification and licensing as required by the business unit

Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, organizational change, and project management

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

Proven ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and business units

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable

Familiarity with data analysis for targeted lead identification

Proven track record of successful project management and workflow optimization

Experience in training or educating clients on products and services

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
