What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships

Sell products and services to national named accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing competitive threats effectively

Prepare and present proposals to all organizational levels, leading negotiations and closing sales

Manage key partner relationships and facilitate communication on strategic issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of direct experience in an account management environment

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proven ability to sell solutions in a complex matrix environment

Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Internet-related software or systems

Advanced client interfacing and customer-focused approach

Strong influencing and solution selling skills

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload

Demonstrated effectiveness in utilizing internal relationships and resources
