What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, maintaining executive-level relationships
Sell and retain products/services to existing national named accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify and qualify both long‑term and short‑term business opportunities, addressing competitive threats
Prepare and present formal proposals to all organizational levels, leading negotiations and closing sales
Develop and maintain detailed account profiles and sales forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and strategy alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of direct work experience in a relevant environment
Strong negotiation and closing skillsProven solution selling and presentation abilities
Ability to work from a home office located within the territory
BA/BS degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of the employer
Experience with internet‑related software or systems
Strong influencing skills and advanced client interfacing capabilities
