What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market for SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services

Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including developing presentations and negotiating contracts

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach and relationship nurturing with decision-makers

Conduct high volumes of outreach to generate new leads using Salesforce and other marketing tools

Develop tailored solutions for prospects by taking a consultative approach to understand their challenges and objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

7-15 years of sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes

Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and related regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with private and alternative investment products

Knowledge of asset allocation strategies and risk management in insurance

Familiarity with navigating large, global organizations

Proven ability to drive new revenue in a performance-oriented environment

Flexibility to travel as needed
