What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure a seamless experience for brokers and clients
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop broker partnerships to deepen engagement and expand the network of contacts
Provide strategic insights and guidance as a subject matter expert in group health benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Group Health sales or marketing
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% for engagement with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in Group Health sales or marketing
Background in other sales roles or military service
