What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize sales opportunities and drive account-based strategies
Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
Prepare materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
Support regional and corporate conferences, enhancing customer relationships and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for managing opportunities and account planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in exploring its applications for sales automation and process improvement
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop joint proposals
