Assign accurate HTS classifications using regulatory guidelines and rulings
Validate admissibility requirements and screen for AD/CVD exposure
Conduct structured research on tariff updates and regulatory changes
Review product information to ensure accurate classification
Identify agency-specific risks or restrictions related to product classifications
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure
Skilled in identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
Familiarity with PGA requirements and agency-specific risks
Ability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research
High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in trade compliance or a related field
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics
Previous work in regulatory research or compliance roles
Familiarity with international trade regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
