Job Responsibilities
Assign accurate HTS classifications using relevant guidelines and administrative rulings
Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements for imports
Conduct screening for alone AD/CVD exposure using appropriate sources
Perform structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, and trade actions
Review product information to ensure accuracy in classification
Qualifications
Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure, including relevant notes and rulings
Skilled at identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
Familiarity with PGA requirements and ability to identify agency-specific risks
Capability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research
High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in trade compliance or a related field
Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and best practices
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
