What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own or support complex PLM sales cycles by analyzing workflows and aligning Fusion Manage to business outcomes
Collaborate with account owners to develop coordinated sales strategies and deliver unified messages to customers
Conduct deep discovery across various functions to identify workflow bottlenecks and business pain points
Build and present ROI models highlighting cycle time reduction and cost savings
Drive executive alignment by connecting PLM solutions to measurable operational outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise software deals involving multiple stakeholders and executives
Strong discovery skills with the ability to analyze and reconstruct cross-functional workflows
Experience selling critical business systems where downtime has significant financial implications
Ability to influence senior executives by clearly articulating ROI and strategic value
High energy and competitiveness, capable of managing deals in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with PLM revenue sourcing and influencing sales cycles
Track record of executive alignment and successful adoption of complex software solutions
Demonstrated pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting skills
Impactful collaboration with account owners, partners, and technical teams
