What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Meet sales and revenue goals by designing and executing strategic plans

Develop strategies to mitigate potential revenue losses and enhance client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and improve customer engagement

Conduct ongoing customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth and success

Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to drive sales effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

10 years of experience in sales and/or business development, or equivalent education and experience

Proven experience working with large national account customers

Demonstrated success in a client development sales role with a track record of exceeding revenue goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry

Ability to build long‑term relationships and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment

Experience in developing and executing growth plans for existing clients
