Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including lead building and scheduling callbacks
Prioritize customer relationships by responding to inquiries and following up on open quotes
Communicate The employer's value proposition and additional coverages effectively
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence
Balance inbound sales calls and coordinate outbound communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
Previous experience in a sales environment
Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers quickly
Strong competitive nature and desire to succeed
