What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads and managing inbound calls
Build strong customer relationships, follow up on open quotes, and communicate outcomes to the Inside Sales Team
Position and sell the employer's value proposition, including its historical significance and unique billing model
Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
No cold calling required; focus on inbound sales calls and customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience preferred
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience a plus
Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics and performance
Outstanding organization, time management, and computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
