What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads and managing inbound calls

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring responsiveness and follow-up on open quotes

Communicate and sell the employer's value proposition, highlighting key features and benefits

Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities

Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to balance sales calls and communications

What is Required (Qualifications)

Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade

Call center experience

Comfort in handling inbound sales calls and outbound communications

Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics and performance

Outstanding organizational and computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills
